A mineral bath. A drink for the body straight from the Dead Sea.
For over 2000 years, people have been praising the theraputic qualities of the Dead Sea.

The waters of the Dead Sea are unique compared to other seas and lakes. First and foremost, that is due to the high concentration of salts reaching 27% compared to 3% in ordinary sea water. The composition of the Dead Sea salts is also unique. Whereas in ordinary sea water sodium chloride (common salt) is the major constituent (about 8O% of the total salt content) the Dead Sea on the other hand contains a considerably smaller proportion of sodium chloride, the balance consisting of other mineral salts. It is believed that the therapeutic properties of the Dead Sea are due to a large extent to the presence of these other salts, mainly those of magnesium, potassium and bromide.
We bring the Dead Sea to you. Our mineral baths contain only salt from the Dead Sea. We do not add any other type of sea salt or land salt as others sometimes do. They are lightly scented with our most popular signature fragrances and also contain a gentle foaming agent. If you would like your mineral bath to be without bubbles, let us know and we'll leave it out.

So, try a Dead Sea Salt Mineral Bath today. Your body will thank you!

How much salts should I use? Well, that is totally up to you. We suggest at least 4 ounces to get the benefits of the Dead Sea Salts into your skin in a normal size tub. Some say that 2 ounces are fine, some like a full cup (8 ounces). It will vary based on how hard or soft your water and also what your individual taste are. So our suggestion is to start with 2 ounces and add an ounce at a time until you feel the water become "soft". You will notice the difference in the way the "slip" of the water feels on your hands. When that softness occurs, (it will not feel greasy, it will feel soft and very moisturizing on your skin), you can either stop or your can increase that feeling in the water by adding more. Then soak as long as you can.

Oh, and don't forget the companions to these wonderful healing dead sea salt mineral baths. Try our bubbly, mositurizing bath bombs, and the oh-so-decadent body butter bars. And when you just can't get enough of our fabulous fragrance blends, try our body and linen sprays, and our 100% organic soy candles. You simply can't go wrong. They make great gifts and we will supply complementary and personalized gift cards.

Common sense must always prevail. We use essential and synthetic perfume oils in our fragrance blends. As with any cosmetic product, conduct a patch test if you are concerned about sensitivity to any of the ingredients (instructions can be found here). If irritation develops, discontinue use and consult your physician.
