Exfoliating and Moisturizing Scrubs

Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter... it doesn't matter the season. We all need a good scrub from time to time to get our glow back. At Fantasy Bath, we love moisturizing and we love having choices. So we are offering you two scrubs to choose from. One is all the rage right now in European Spas and we have taken the best of it and improved on it. We have taken the exfoliating power of raw cane sugar and placed it in a base of (drum roll please) whipped shea butter.

That's right. Delicious! Because you know we love our moisturizing. And what better way to get it than to whip up shea butter and blend in some creamy soap. Just a little goes a long way and you can scrub your skin until it glows without drying it out. Just dampen your skin, scoop up a little of the airy mixture and scrub scrub scrub. And the scent, well, it's crazy. It's creamy brown sugar without overwhelming sweetness. It leaves you smelling like you just walked through fields of sugar cane and you'll glisten like the dew. Just be sure to rinse off really well, or the bees will follow you around.

But that's not the only choice. We also have a dead sea salt mineral scrub that is so simple. The salt of the dead sea has so many properties that are good for you skin already that it is hard to improve on it. All we have done is taken the dead sea salt and ground it to the consistency of fine sugar. We've added a little olive and grapeseed oil for moisturizing, blended in a little creamy soap and voila, all the best healing properties of the dead sea1 in a simple scrub for your skin. We scent these in your favorite fragrances, just choose the one you like the best and we'll fix you up.

1 For over 2000 years, people have been praising the theraputic qualities of the Dead Sea. The waters of the Dead Sea are unique compared to other seas and lakes. First and foremost, that is due to the high concentration of salts reaching 27% compared to 3% in ordinary sea water. The composition of the Dead Sea salts is also unique. Whereas in ordinary sea water sodium chloride (common salt) is the major constituent (about 8O% of the total salt content) the Dead Sea on the other hand contains a considerable smaller proportion of sodium chloride, the balance consisting of other mineral salts. It is believed that the therapeutic properties of the Dead Sea are due to a large extent to the presence of these other salts, mainly those of magnesium, potassium and bromide.
